At NNOWN, we strive to craft and deliver meaningful, high-quality handmade products to our community. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
- Standard Products: We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition, complete with original packaging and tags. You must initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the bespoke nature of custom or made-to-order creations, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Process for Requesting a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at nnown@nnown.com or message us via WhatsApp at @NNOWN within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if applicable.
- Receive Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or damaged goods). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your handcrafted item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at nnown@nnown.com with photos of the item and shipping box. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including all associated shipping fees.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items showing visible signs of use, wear, or alterations
- Returns initiated after 14 days of delivery
- Items marked as “Final Sale” (unless damaged upon arrival)
5. Order Cancellations
Because each handmade piece is carefully prepared, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production or dispatch has begun, standard return procedures apply.
