Deep in the forest lived a little frog.
For some reason, it was not very happy each day. It had many worries and felt a lot of pressure, yet it could not quite understand what was wrong.
One day, it met a little bird.
The bird asked, “What’s wrong?”
The little frog said, “I feel very sad.”
The bird thought for a moment and said, “I don’t know what happened to you, but perhaps you could try spending some time by the stream. Maybe the stream will tell you something.”
The little frog did not quite understand, but it decided to give it a try.
So, for several days, it came to the stream and sat there, quietly watching the water flow.
But it was still sad.
The stream did not tell it anything.
Until one day, the little frog suddenly understood.

The stream did not stop when it came across a stone, nor did it change its course when the weather changed. It simply kept flowing forward.
The little frog thought, perhaps I can be like that too.
It decided to stop constantly resisting the things it could not change, and instead face them with courage. It wanted to take an active part in its own life and find its own happiness.
That day, it followed the little path home.
As it walked, a patch of delicate white lily of the valley caught its eye.
The tiny flowers bloomed quietly among the grass, their fresh fragrance drifting gently through the air with the breeze.
The little frog stopped and looked at them for a while.
Suddenly, the familiar forest seemed a little different.
The little frog smiled and continued hopping along.
